KNT-50 is a portable machine that easily injects melted sealant into joint of concrete , cracks of pavement, construction joint of waterworks/drainage pipes, gas supply pipes, etc. It is manufactured using Japanese Technology from the TOYO Manufacturing Company and EXCLUSIVELY DISTRIBUTED in the Philippines by Diamond CMX.

Its KEY FEATURES are:

– Easy to operate on construction sites

– Directly-filed melting pot melts sealant directly – Direct melting handles about 25 kg./1-1.5 hours depending on materials used

– Works with externally-supplied power or inverter generator

– Heating burner is equipped with LPG pilot (heats up efficiently)

KNT-50 can handle direct melting of about 25 kg/1-1.5hr, depending on materials used. The machine weight refers to dry weight without a generator and an LPG container.

The Pot Capacity is about 50 liters and slightly varies depending on specific weight of materials used.The Discharge Volume varies depending on the temperature and properties of  materials used.
